1 Corinthians chapter 4 verse 1-2
1 Let a man so appraise us as being subordinates of Christ and stewards of sacred secrets of God.
2 Besides, in this case, what is looked for in stewards is for a man to be found faithful.

1 Peter chapter 4 verse 10
10 In proportion as each one has received a gift, use it in ministering to one another as fine stewards of God’s undeserved kindness expressed in various ways.

-We are steward of God blessing.
-Let us remember, we are steward, serve one another!
-The skill we have like: perform magic, play guitar, evangelist skill and ... don't yaya with what you have, all these is God give us, so we are just steward of all these blessing.

Matthew chapter 25 verse 14
14 “For it is just as when a man, about to travel abroad, summoned slaves of his and committed to them his belongings.

1- Stewardship

Start to multiply your talent and grow. That's how the Kingdom of God works.

2- Distribution

Matthew chapter 25 verse 15
15 And to one he gave five talents, to another two, to still another one, to each one according to his own ability, and he went abroad.

God give everyone something! Example I'm good at "Magic Tricks", we can depend on each of everyone and learn from each other their talents. Other's can learn from me magic, and I can learn from them guitar or singing and etc . . .

When we have the talent, use that and serve the ministry, don't play God and don't rob God, use your talent in your work place, school or wherever to glorified God.

1 Corinthians chapter 12 verse 4-7 & verse 11
4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but there is the same spirit;
5 and there are varieties of ministries, and yet there is the same Lord;
6 and there are varieties of operations, and yet it is the same God who performs all the operations in all persons.
7 But the manifestation of the spirit is given to each one for a beneficial purpose.

11 But all these operations the one and the same spirit performs, making a distribution to each one respectively just as it wills.

Friends, let show concern to one another, esteem one another, and be humble to learn from one another.

It is not what you know, but who you know!
Learning is a never ending process.

3- Accountability

Matthew chapter 25 verse 16-19
16 Immediately the one that received the five talents went his way and did business with them and gained five more.
17 In the same way the one that received the two gained two more.
18 But the one that received just one went off, and dug in the ground and hid the silver money of his master.
19 “After a long time the master of those slaves came and settled accounts with them.

God has make investment in our life, He expect a account and return.

4- Faithfulness

Matthew chapter 25 verse 26
26 In reply his master said to him, ‘Wicked and sluggish slave, you knew, did you, that I reaped where I did not sow and gathered where I did not winnow?

God called him wicked, dug the talent and hide it is just like you got your skill, but hide it and never share with others.

Don't live in a contend way. Army of God people been through alot. We should target ourselves to live a excellence life, more of POWER, ANOINTING of God! Amen!

Whatever talent we have, don't just be faithful, but fruitful! Amen!

5- Faith

You cannot please God by play safe. Last time when City Harvest Church at first start, people say our church are kid and young church. But now we RISE UP, because of FAITH! Amen!

If there is faith, there is no fear
If there is fear, faith don't exist!

Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6
6 Moreover, without faith it is impossible to please [him] well, for he that approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those earnestly seeking him.

Romans chapter 14 verse 23
23 But if he has doubts, he is already condemned if he eats, because [he does] not [eat] out of faith. Indeed, everything that is not out of faith is sin.

God prefer you have at least a 1percent faith, than 0percent!
Dosen't mean when you never see God hand move, mean He is not there, NO!

6- Application

Matthew chapter 25 verse 28
28 “‘Therefore TAKE away the talent from him and give it to him that has the ten talents.

You might say is very unfair, but this is life. Society is like that, when you don't use your talent, you are out!

Is just like go to GYM and workout, the more you go, you will get a nice and shape body, if you don't go, you will shagg.

7- Reward

Matthew chapter 25 verse 23
23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave! You were faithful over a few things. I will appoint you over many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’

REWARD:
-First comes the affirmation : ‘Well done, good and faithful slave!
-Second comes the promotion : You were faithful over a few things. I will appoint you over many things.
-Lastly is the celebration : Enter into the joy of your master.’

Use your talent wisely, because God is going to reward us and never short change us. The time we serve in ministry will not in vain!

CONCLUSION: Is the gift for yourself or for God Kingdom? Come on, stop being a spectator, but be a participator, so we can train and help the next generation! Great is our God!

Mark chapter 4 verse 35-39
35 And on that day, when evening had fallen, he said to them: “Let us cross to the other shore.”
36 So, after they had dismissed the crowd, they took him in the boat, just as he was, and there were other boats with him.
37 Now a great violent windstorm broke out, and the waves kept dashing into the boat, so that the boat was close to being swamped.
38 But he was in the stern, sleeping upon a pillow. So they woke him up and said to him: “Teacher, do you not care that we are about to perish?”
39 With that he roused himself and rebuked the wind and said to the sea: “Hush! Be quiet!” And the wind abated, and a great calm set in.

Just like Jesus rebuke the wind, and the wind die down, when we give to God, God will rebuke the devourable for our sake, and we will have plenty to store! Amen!
