Rev. Casey Treat hails from the United States and is the senior pastor of Christian Faith Center, a multicultural, nondenominational church in Seattle. Founded in January 1980 with just 30 people. Christian Faith Center now sees approximately 8,000 people each week across two locations and is one of the largest churches in the Pacific Northwest.

Pastor Casey was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. After he became a Christian, he felt the call of God to enter into full-time ministry. Deuteronomy chapter 11 verse 10-12

10 “For the land to which you are going to take possession of it is not like the land of Egypt out of which YOU came, where you used to sow your seed and you had to do irrigating with your foot, like a garden of vegetables.
11 But the land to which YOU are crossing to take possession of it is a land of mountains and valley plains. Of the rain of the heavens it drinks water;
12 a land that Jehovah your God is caring for. The eyes of Jehovah your God are constantly upon it, from the beginning of the year to the close of the year.

Egypt land and their current land are different.

verse 10=> Their time at Egypt working was so busy and got no time to talk to people
verse 11=> Remember, the land they enter is abundant in everything
verse 12=> This is the land your God care, cause the eyes of Jehovah your God have compassion, care and want us to do well.

Deuteronomy chapter 11 verse 13-14

13 “And it must occur that if YOU will without fail obey my commandments that I am commanding YOU today so as to love Jehovah YOUR God and to serve him with all YOUR heart and all YOUR soul,
14 I also shall certainly give rain for YOUR land at its appointed time, autumn rain and spring rain, and you will indeed gather your grain and your sweet wine and your oil.

Mark chapter 9 verse 22-23
22 and time and again it would throw him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have pity on us and help us.”
23 Jesus said to him: “That expression, ‘If you can’! Why, all things can be to one if one has faith.”

God is watching where you place your faith, if you believe He can do anything for you, it will! All you need to have is FAITH.

PART 1 <FAITH for success in life>

1) FAITH IS OUR CONNECTION

- Real success is when you at heaven when God say: "well done my servant!" And all you need is faith.

Romans chapter 1 verse 16
16 For I am not ashamed of the good news; it is, in fact, God’s power for salvation to everyone having faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek;

The Gospel is the power to him/her who believe, is the power of God to him/her who believe by FAITH.

There is 3 process:
First you need to Believe,
then from there come the Trust,
then it come by Faith, then from faith, everything is from faith to faith! Faith is the connection!

Ephesians chapter 2 verse 8-9
8 By this undeserved kindness, indeed, YOU have been saved through faith; and this not owing to YOU, it is God’s gift.
9 No, it is not owing to works, in order that no man should have ground for boasting.

We are saved through FAITH.

Mark chapter 6 verse 2-6
2 When it became sabbath, he started teaching in the synagogue; and the greater number of those listening were astounded and said: “Where did this man get these things? And why should this wisdom have been given this man, and such powerful works be performed through his hands?
3 This is the carpenter the son of Mary and the brother of James and Joseph and Judas and Simon, is it not? And his sisters are here with us, are they not?” So they began to stumble at him. 4 But Jesus went on to say to them: “A prophet is not unhonored except in his home territory and among his relatives and in his own house.”
5 So he was able to do no powerful work there except to lay his hands upon a few sickly ones and cure them.
6 Indeed, he wondered at their lack of faith. And he went round about to the villages in a circuit, teaching.

When you lack of faith, God can't move His hand for you.

John chapter 6 verse 29
29 In answer Jesus said to them: “This is the work of God, that YOU exercise faith in him whom that One sent forth.”

Romans chapter 10 verse 8-9
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your own mouth and in your own heart”; that is, the “word” of faith, which we are preaching.
9 For if you publicly declare that ‘word in your own mouth,’ that Jesus is Lord, and exercise faith in your heart that God raised him up from the dead, you will be saved.

Your faith can work only need to take 2 place, MOUTH & HEART.

FAITH bring manifestation of God blessing.

James chapter 1 verse 5-8
5 So, if any one of YOU is lacking in wisdom, let him keep on asking God, for he gives generously to all and without reproaching; and it will be given him.
6 But let him keep on asking in faith, not doubting at all, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven by the wind and blown about.
7 In fact, let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from Jehovah;
8 he is an indecisive man, unsteady in all his ways.

You may have bad thoughts, but do not doubt when you ask, but believe in FAITH God will give, for double minded will not receive anything.

Do you think someone want to give you something when he already say yes, and you keep thinking and want to take and don't want to take like that, won't he get boring of you and give the things to others who believe will receive.?

Don't one day trust God and the next day you cry and don't trust Him, believe by FAITH God will help you to overcome all things and will help you to trust Him day by day.

Wisdom brings everything, wisdom is the source for all things.
FAITH is the decision to believe, not feeling.
And if you can believe He saved you, why can't you trust Him for finance. FAITH!!!!

2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 7
7 For God gave us not a spirit of cowardice, but that of power and of love and of soundness of mind.

Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1-3 & 6
1 Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld.
2 For by means of this the men of old times had witness borne to them.
3 By faith we perceive that the systems of things were put in order by God’s word, so that what is beheld has come to be out of things that do not appear.

6 Moreover, without faith it is impossible to please [him] well, for he that approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those earnestly seeking him.

FAITH is belive, trusting God will do everything for us and reward us!

Matthew chapter 6 verse 9-13

9 “YOU must pray, then, this way:
“‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.
10 Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.
11 Give us today our bread for this day;
12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the wicked one.’

Jesus never teach that what to pray, specific and etc . . But He teach the manner we should pray, the attitude.

verse 9= Your Father is the President of the World, and this is your own walk and identity. You should feel proud as a Christian and walk with happiness.

verse 10= You are here to build God kingdom, not ours. We must have kingdom minded. For you must be heavenly minded and not earthly minded. What the earthly can gain profit is just that little, but heaven profit is infinite.

verse 11= Bread not depend on your own strength, but God. For He is
(Jehovah Jireh=God of Provider).
We must have the attitude of: Even we have Diploma, Degree or Bachelor holder or whatever, we still depend on Him. Diploma all these is not our source, but God is our source.

verse 12= We can't pray the Lord's Prayer when you still have not forgive anyone who sin against you.

verse 13= And do not let SIN be our lifestyle.

I challenge you friend! Those of you have not tithe, start to be a tither man! When you give God your 10percent, He will bless your remaining 90percent of finance. If you believe God, say AMEN!

Part 2 <FAITH will change the negative in your world>

As you know FAITH is the connection!

Romans chapter 8 verse 18-22
18 Consequently I reckon that the sufferings of the present season do not amount to anything in comparison with the glory that is going to be revealed in us.
19 For the eager expectation of the creation is waiting for the revealing of the sons of God.
20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not by its own will but through him that subjected it, on the basis of hope
21 that the creation itself also will be set free from enslavement to corruption and have the glorious freedom of the children of God.
22 For we know that all creation keeps on groaning together and being in pain together until now.

If you have read New Testament about the boat in the middle of the night was blow by heavy wind ... Jesus say PEACE, and there the wind calm down.
Jesus walk by FAITH, where is our FAITH?

FAITH overcomes everything, sickness and etc . . .

Romans chapter 4 verse 17
17 just as it is written: “I have appointed you a father of many nations.”) This was in the sight of the One in whom he had faith, even of God, who makes the dead alive and calls the things that are not as though they were.

Just like our Father Abraham have zero children, but he believe by FAITH, and it was according to FAITH, it was done to him. So I encourage you to believe by FAITH what
Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 11 says about YOU!

11 “‘For I myself well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward YOU,’ is the utterance of Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give YOU a future and a hope.

Romans chapter 4 verse 19-21
19 And, although he did not grow weak in faith, he considered his own body, now already deadened, as he was about one hundred years old, also the deadness of the womb of Sarah.
20 But because of the promise of God he did not waver in a lack of faith, but became powerful by his faith, giving God glory
21 and being fully convinced that what he had promised he was also able to do.

Mark chapter 11 verse 22
22 And in reply Jesus said to them: “Have faith in God.

Another translation = "Have the kind of God FAITH"

I encourage you take a envelope, when everytime you apply faith and overcome a matter or issue, write it down and put in a envelope, so everytime before your faith grow weak, take a look at it what God has done for you, and keep on moving by FAITH!

Matthew chapter 8 verse 8-10 & verse 13
8 In reply the army officer said: “Sir, I am not a fit man for you to enter under my roof, but just say the word and my manservant will be healed.
9 For I too am a man placed under authority, having soldiers under me, and I say to this one, ‘Be on your way!’ and he is on his way, and to another, ‘Come!’ and he comes, and to my slave, ‘Do this!’ and he does it.”
10 Hearing that, Jesus became amazed and said to those following him: “I tell YOU the truth, With no one in Israel have I found so great a faith.
13 Then Jesus said to the army officer: “Go. Just as it has been your faith, so let it come to pass for you.” And the manservant was healed in that hour.

You might think how about sales/marriage/kids and etc . . .refer Matthew chapter 8 verse 13
: Go. Just as it has been your faith, so let it come to pass for you

Matthew chapter 9 verse 2 & verse 22
2 And, look! they were bringing him a paralyzed man lying on a bed. On seeing their faith Jesus said to the paralytic: “Take courage, child; your sins are forgiven.”
22 Jesus turned around and, noticing her, said: “Take courage, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And from that hour the woman became well.

The woman believe in the HEART and say from the MOUTH. So she was healed. Cause FAITH take 2 place to work, HEART and MOUTH.

Matthew chapter 9 verse 28-29
28 After he had gone into the house, the blind men came to him, and Jesus asked them: “Do YOU have faith that I can do this?” They answered him: “Yes, Lord.”
29 Then he touched their eyes, saying: “According to YOUR faith let it happen to YOU.”

Part 3 <FAITH will frame your future>

Matthew chapter 12 verse 33 & 35
33 “Either YOU people make the tree fine and its fruit fine or make the tree rotten and its fruit rotten; for by its fruit the tree is known.
35 The good man out of his good treasure sends out good things, whereas the wicked man out of his wicked treasure sends out wicked things.

2 Corinthians chapter 4 verse 13, verse 16-18
13 Now because we have the same spirit of faith as that of which it is written: “I exercised faith, therefore I spoke,” we too exercise faith and therefore we speak,
16 Therefore we do not give up, but even if the man we are outside is wasting away, certainly the man we are inside is being renewed from day to day.
17 For though the tribulation is momentary and light, it works out for us a glory that is of more and more surpassing weight and is everlasting;
18 while we keep our eyes, not on the things seen, but on the things unseen. For the things seen are temporary, but the things unseen are everlasting.

FAITH take 2 place: Believe in the HEART and speak from the MOUTH.

-If you to say to yourself you will die at the age of 40 just like your dad of smoking these and that, you will! Cause you believe and behave what you say. BUT if we speak God word and believe, our life will change. Come on, believe and speak of your future.
-Great is He is in you than he is in the world! Amen!
