Galatians chapter 4 verse 1

Galatians chapter 4 verse 4-7
4 But when the full limit of the time arrived, God sent forth his Son, who came to be out of a woman and who came to be under law,
5 that he might release by purchase those under law, that we, in turn, might receive the adoption as sons.
6 Now because YOU are sons, God has sent forth the spirit of his Son into our hearts and it cries out: “Abba, Father!”
7 So, then, you are no longer a slave but a son; and if a son, also an heir through God.

The son is the heir of the house, he/she have the right and double portion and etc . . . But servant is another thing.

1) A son carries the "GENETIC CODE" of the house.

Being a son is not just baptize with water only, but the value.

Genesis chapter 13 verse 11
11 Then Lot chose for himself the whole District of the Jordan, and Lot moved his camp to the east. So they separated the one from the other.

Lot chose the best land for himself and seperate his way from Abram. Abram was Lot benefactor. You can see how selfish is he!

The ten commandment, No.5 is "Honor your parent" . . . not only we need to honour our natural parent, but spiritual parent also. Pastor Kong lay his life for Pastor Zhuang and Pastor Zhuang lay his life for Pastor Kong, and that is how the Kingdom of God works.

Lot is the nearest and very close to Abram, but he never think like the pastor. He is just like Number2 man.

2) A son "SERVES THE VISION" of the house.

Genesis chapter 14 verse 14
14 Thus A´bram got to hear that his brother had been taken captive. With that he mustered his trained men, three hundred and eighteen slaves born in his household, and went in pursuit up to Dan.

318 slaves! Risk their life to save Lot! They serve Abram vision! People like Lot should not deserve such a kindness from Abram, but he loves Lot, and the slaves serve Abram vision!

There is a time Pastor Aries and Sandy pray over about something, after they pray, they come and tell Pastor Kong, "Pastor, if one day you got to over some other place to stay and plant church there, and need us, we will leave everything and follow you" And they serve Pastor vision! And Pastor Kong commend Pastor Aries are true son!

Pastor Kong commend Lilian as a spiritual daughter, she let go her pastor post and go and tend Sun business and be a retail manager, so Pastor Kong can fly here and there and plant churches and give the Word of God, and Sun can go and Sing and do more humanitarian work. She serve Pastor vision!

Philippians chapter 2 verse 21
21 For all the others are seeking their own interests, not those of Christ Jesus.

To say that you are a son/daughter, is not by confession, but to serve under extreme pressure!

3) A son "SHARE THE PRIDE" in their house

I guess you guys got do area cleaning either at army bunk/house ... right?? Why.. cause you love your house or the place you stay and sleep..

Pastor Kong was saying sometime he saw tissue paper lying around at Jurong West church, he pick it up and throw, why?? Cause he take pride in his house.

Proverbs chapter 17 verse 6
6 The crown of old men is the grandsons, and the beauty of sons is their fathers.

4) A son "ACCEPT DISCIPLINE" in the house

Pastor Kong say people like Pastor Zhuang are close to God and can get discipline. Cause Pastor Zhuang can take discipline that Pastor Kong give.

Hebrews chapter 12 verse 5-6 & verse 11
5 but YOU have entirely forgotten the exhortation which addresses YOU as sons: “My son, do not belittle [the] discipline from Jehovah, neither give out when you are corrected by him;
6 for whom Jehovah loves he disciplines; in fact, he scourges every one whom he receives as a son.”

11 True, no discipline seems for the present to be joyous, but grievous; yet afterward to those who have been trained by it it yields peaceable fruit, namely, righteousness.

Psalms chapter 51 verse 17
17 The sacrifices to God are a broken spirit;A heart broken and crushed, O God, you will not despise.

Only broken people are go through training, and God can use them.

5) A son "GIVE BIRTH" to children

LOVE is a desire to give, LUST is to take.
A true son is not a taker, but giver!

Hebrews chapter 12 verse 2
2 as we look intently at the Chief Agent and Perfecter of our faith, Jesus. For the joy that was set before him he endured a torture stake, despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Jesus gave the precious things, and that is His life to build the House of God.
Unless you see the joy, then you will give and sacrifice like Jesus way. I mean giving the building fund, not to die at cross :)
