When we fasting, we not use our strength, rather God supernatural strength. Cause when we got eat, we got strength to go and do the thing we want to do, but when we fast, we actually lean on God to help us accomplish. But we can't expect to twist the arm of God. Fasting is we come humbly before God and tell him we can't do this and need his strength to help us to do.

Numbers chapter 23 verse 19
19 God is not a man that he should tell lies,Neither a son of mankind that he should feel regret.Has he himself said it and will he not do it,And has he spoken and will he not carry it out?

Romans chapter 12 verse 2

I might be lying to myself, but not God. God never lie! We need to REPENT.
Repent not only you do wrong and need to change, in Greek it mean "change your thinking."
So we need to change our thinking, and it take DECISION first, then follw by ACTION.

Instead, our focus should be more on God. Not about how we feel and think, but His Word. I guess sometime our loved one sms us, we will save and keep looking at it, same apply to God Word, we need to hide it and keep it in our heart, so the devil can't steal it, and this is the way to meditate.

When I at prison, my freedom are been taken away. Only 2 thing are not taken away, my CHOICE and WILL. And my choice I choose Jesus and follow His Will, that's why now I been pulled out from the Dark and come in to God Lights. As you guys know I have a hard time @ SAF Detention Barrack and Changi Prison Complex. So actually Jesus save me! Praise to Him. Amen.
