Jesus life and prayer was not dull. He have a dialogue with God. He will wake up very early and spend His quiet time with God.

People go to temple and pray and burn joss stick and tell the goddess what they need then walk out. For most people do that. Isn't that is very selfish, you ask what you need and then walk off. For Christian, we speak to a living God and not only we tell Him our need, but we also let Him talk back to us and listen to His voice. So is a dialogue and not monologue.

Because we serve a God who is alive, a God that can communicate with men, He speak to those who seek Him without medium, cause WE can recognise His voice as He speaks. We can distinguish His voice.

<How Holy Spirit impress us>

1) He quietly impress us.

1 Kings chapter 19 verse 11

11 But it said: “Go out, and you must stand on the mountain before Jehovah.” And, look! Jehovah was passing by, and a great and strong wind was rending mountains and breaking crags before Jehovah. (Jehovah was not in the wind.) And after the wind there was a quaking. (Jehovah was not in the quaking.)

Mark chapter 2 verse 8

8 But Jesus, having discerned immediately by his spirit that they were reasoning that way in themselves, said to them: “Why are YOU reasoning these things in YOUR hearts?

Holy Spirit impress the Heart of Jesus and us.

Acts chapter 14 verse 9
9 This man was listening to Paul speak, who, on looking at him intently and seeing he had faith to be made well,

Faith is perceive, sense it!
When member tell their problem to Desmond, Desmond will see they have faith or not, it might be a positive situation, but if you have those negative ideas, things of course will turn out to be fail.

2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 16
16 Consequently from now on we know no man according to the flesh. Even if we have known Christ according to the flesh, certainly we now know him so no more.

We are 2/3 Spiritual = Soul and Spirit.
and 1/3 Natural=Body. We need to know people through Spiritual and not outward appearance only. What if outward very nice "chio" and "yandao", but inside is full of greed, cheat and lie.. So we need to go for inside more than the outside.

2) He prompt Gently
Matthew chapter 4 verse 1
1 Then Jesus was led by the spirit up into the wilderness to be tempted by the Devil.

Holy Spirit lead, He don't drive.

3) He stir us up
Acts chapter 17 verse 16
16 Now while Paul was waiting for them in Athens, his spirit within him came to be irritated at beholding that the city was full of idols.

It got to do with our feeling, Holy Spirit let you know how God feel, what Apostle Paul having is a Holy Anger and Burden.

Lamentations chapter 2 verse 11
11 My eyes have come to their end in sheer tears. My intestines are in a ferment.My liver has been poured out to the very earth, on account of the crash of the daughter of my people,Because of the fainting away of child and suckling in the public squares of the town.

The burden will stir us up to pray, prayer is easy not heavy.

4) He move our conscience

Colossians chapter 3 verse 15
15 Also, let the peace of the Christ control in YOUR hearts, for YOU were, in fact, called to it in one body. And show yourselves thankful.

-He guide us in our direction and decision.
-Example I want to go overseas study, and need to leave my ministry, I should pray and have the peace of God, as Holy Spirit will guide us and God will answer us.

1 Timothy chapter 4 verse 1-2
1 However, the inspired utterance says definitely that in later periods of time some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired utterances and teachings of demons,

2 by the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, marked in their conscience as with a branding iron;

Murderer also feel bad when they murder someone, but they ignore the Voice of God.
So today when you already have the Truth=God, do not turn away from Him and His Voice.

5) He remind us the Scripture
John chapter 14 verse 26
26 But the helper, the holy spirit, which the Father will send in my name, that one will teach YOU all things and bring back to YOUR minds all the things I told YOU.

= Holy Spirit remind us the promise God has for us.
= We need to meditate and hide the Word of God in our heart, so the devil can't steal it.
= Only mature Sons and Daughters will be lead by the Holy Spirit, then they will grow and mature in Christ.
