God is a orginator of Love, not keep punishing.
Psalm chapter 23 verse 4

4 Even though I walk in the valley of deep shadow,I fear nothing bad,For you are with me;Your rod and your staff are the things that comfort me.

Psalm chapter 23 is a very good verse to meditate, and is God promise and Word for every single one of us.

At 1989 when City Harvest started, we don't have so much thing when we start, as for those who go before Katong, they will know, in the time of Katong or even oldest day of CHC, is very less thing. But every member during those times only have one thing in common, and that is PASSION. Church is not a Religious Hub or Social Club, but a place we keep coming and fall in love with our Lord. Christian is not a religion, but a relationship with God. Cause He is our Heavenly Father. Father and a son/daughter/people is called a relationship, so the Kingdom of God is a Kingdom of relationship, iz how we relates things around us, not religion. Religion is got to do with Law and etc.

=What is your supreme motivation? Please others???

-People are always hard to please and inconsistent, people keep changing.

-Now you wear this shirt, today this person say nice, next day you wear another want and he/she say is not nice. Don't you think is very hard to please people, their thinking keep changing.

-God is a rewarder for those who seek Him, He is gracious and easy to please.

-People are not perfect either, you want also please someone who is perfect, and that is God. You must have the right motivation to serve the Lord.

Mark chapter 12 verse 30
30 and you must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind and with your whole strength.’

Even when you going after a girl, when you see her, your heart will start to pump, from slow to fast. And when you love the girl, you will get her a present to show your love. That also same apply to the Lord when we love Him.

If Jesus know what it is written about Him in the Scroll,

You also must know what is written about you also in the Bible, there is no different for full time worker in the church or member. No special calling for us, but we are call to this world for a unique calling and to make disciples.

We need to be like Christ everywhere we go. You and me are a doorway to the Heaven. When you pray, heaven door will open. Don't believe you can try. I already receive so much, I bring healing to people, brought salvation to people and much more. We are called to be Minister of Christ.

Don't talk, but walk. Why not from today, just start praying and speaking to God and tell Him, "Here I am, send me".

If today I give you a poker card and sign my name on top, I don't think you will treasure it, or you will treasure it cause I'm your Mentor or one day I success. But what if today David Blaine, Criss Angel or David Copperfield come and give you a poker card and sign it, I think the whole night you can't sleep. Haha :) I mean magic is my favourite, so I use this example, your favourite might be soccer, basketball and etc. Is the same in Christ, when today we followed Him, He shall live in us and never forsake us. For He is the Lord of lords, Rewarder of rewarders. He is much more superb than anyone.

As you guys know Mj always sleep not more than really 5 hour, and need to travel from this country to another country, then after Jurong service need to rush to Expo service, need to give cell group, prayer meeting and etc. . . .

Do you know what MJ call this: To others, they might say he siao or whatever comment they like to give. But Mj say this is a privilleged to served the Kingdom of God. Amen!


Matthew chapter 26 verse 6-13 (Jesus Anointed at Bethany)
6 While Jesus happened to be in Beth´a·ny in the house of Simon the leper,

7 a woman with an alabaster case of costly perfumed oil approached him, and she began pouring it upon his head as he was reclining at the table.

8 On seeing this the disciples became indignant and said: “Why this waste?

9 For this could have been sold for a great deal and been given to poor people.”

10 Aware of this, Jesus said to them: “Why do YOU try to make trouble for the woman? For she did a fine deed toward me.

11 For YOU always have the poor with YOU, but YOU will not always have me.

12 For when this woman put this perfumed oil upon my body, she did it for the preparation of me for burial.

13 Truly I say to YOU, Wherever this good news is preached in all the world, what this woman did shall also be told as a remembrance of her.”

The disciple say is a waste, but to Jesus is not. People may tell you is a waste to go Church and etc, but to Jesus the Son of Living God who have authority over everywhere say is not a waste time to go church.

There is this china girl study in a High School. And when she get her result, she saw her grade was B. To most of us is quite good ready. But to her is lousy and not good. But after seeking the Lord and do His will, the next test result turn out to be Straight A. Praise the Lord. Wow!
