*.* Sermon: Build to Last Part II (Jesus DNA) *.*
These 3 chemical: faith, hope and love is the bases of Jesus DNA. And these 3 form= SERVANTHOOD.
As you read in the New Testament. Jesus say He come to the world not to be Served, but to Serve His life as a ransom to save many.
As you also know the woman adultery story. Jesus have compassion for the woman.
John chapter 8 verse 1 - 11 (Story of the adultery woman)
But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
2 At daybreak, however, he again presented himself at the temple, and all the people began coming to him, and he sat down and began to teach them.
3 Now the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman caught at adultery, and, after standing her in their midst,
4 they said to him: “Teacher, this woman has been caught in the act of committing adultery.
5 In the Law Moses prescribed for us to stone such sort of women. What, really, do you say?”
6 Of course, they were saying this to put him to the test, in order to have something with which to accuse him. But Jesus bent down and began to write with his finger in the ground.
7 When they persisted in asking him, he straightened up and said to them: “Let the one of YOU that is sinless be the first to throw a stone at her.”
8 And bending over again he kept on writing in the ground.
9 But those who heard this began going out, one by one, starting with the older men, and he was left alone, and the woman that was in their midst.
10 Straightening up, Jesus said to her: “Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?”
11 She said: “No one, sir.” Jesus said: “Neither do I condemn you. Go your way; from now on practice sin no more.”

Let's look at another scenario
Genesis chapter 10 verse 6-10
6 And the sons of Ham were Cush and Miz´ra·im and Put and Ca´naan.
7 And the sons of Cush were Se´ba and Hav´i·lah and Sab´tah and Ra´a·mah and Sab´te·ca.
And the sons of Ra´a·mah were She´ba and De´dan.
8 And Cush became father to Nim´rod. He made the start in becoming a mighty one in the earth.
9 He displayed himself a mighty hunter in opposition to Jehovah. That is why there is a saying: “Just like Nim´rod a mighty hunter in opposition to Jehovah.”
10 And the beginning of his kingdom came to be Ba´bel and E´rech and Ac´cad and Cal´neh, in the land of Shi´nar.
Genesis chapter 11 verse 1-9
1 Now all the earth continued to be of one language and of one set of words.
2 And it came about that in their journeying eastward they eventually discovered a valley plain in the land of Shi´nar, and they took up dwelling there.
3 And they began to say, each one to the other: “Come on! Let us make bricks and bake them with a burning process.” So brick served as stone for them, but bitumen served as mortar for them.
4 They now said: “Come on! Let us build ourselves a city and also a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a celebrated name for ourselves, for fear we may be scattered over all the surface of the earth.”
those I highlight in bold is for you guys to focus and understand. They build for THEMSELVES.
5 And Jehovah proceeded to go down to see the city and the tower that the sons of men had built.
6 After that Jehovah said: “Look! They are one people and there is one language for them all, and this is what they start to do. Why, now there is nothing that they may have in mind to do that will be unattainable for them.
7 Come now! Let us go down and there confuse their language that they may not listen to one another’s language.”
8 Accordingly Jehovah scattered them from there over all the surface of the earth, and they gradually left off building the city.
9 That is why its name was called Ba´bel, because there Jehovah had confused the language of all the earth, and Jehovah had scattered them from there over all the surface of the earth.
As you can see from this verse. Nimrod want to be a world leader, he want to build to last.
Now let's look at the 2nd Character = Abraham. God want to make Abraham father of all Nations. Why God choose Abraham and not Nimrod?
Cause Nimrod do all things is for himself and themselves only. As you got read the passage I highlight in bold.
But Abraham is willing to be broken and do it everything for God will and not for his own will.
Nimrod = A mighty one=> Cruel Oppressor & Tyrant
Abraham = Father of faith. He was 75 years old and wait for 25 years till he 100years old then he have his first child. He keep remind himself the promise God promise to him. He is father of faith.

Genesis chapter 26 verse 24
24 And Jehovah proceeded to appear to him during that night and to say: “I am the God of Abraham your father. Do not be afraid, because I am with you, and I will bless you and multiply your seed on account of Abraham my servant.”
2 Samuel chapter 3 verse 18
18 And now act, for Jehovah himself said to David, ‘By the hand of David my servant I shall save my people Israel from the hand of the Phi·lis´tines and from the hand of all their enemies.’”
Numbers chapter 12 verse 7 -8
7 Not so my servant Moses! He is being entrusted with all my house.
8 Mouth to mouth I speak to him, thus showing him, and not by riddles; and the appearance of Jehovah is what he beholds. Why, then, did YOU not fear to speak against my servant, against Moses?”
Numbers chapter 14 verse 24
24 As for my servant Ca´leb, because a different spirit has proved to be with him and he kept following wholly after me, I shall certainly bring him into the land where he has gone, and his offspring will take possession of it.
Job chapter 1 verse 8
8 And Jehovah went on to say to Satan: “Have you set your heart upon my servant Job, that there is no one like him in the earth, a man blameless and upright, fearing God and turning aside from bad?”
As you can see. All the righteous and prosper men, God called them as Servant. We need to have servanthood! And we wholly follow God, He will definitely bless us like never been bless before. Or hokkien we called: " bless until siao". And all of them are servant of God.
God is looking for: 1)Your attitude, 2)Jesus DNA and to 3)Serve Him. When you do that. He will bless you and open the heaven of blessing for you.
Isaiah chapter 41 verse 8
8 “But you, O Israel, are my servant, you, O Jacob, whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend;
First, Abraham is God servant, then now is Friend. Cause Abraham do God will and qualified to be His Friend.
Exodus chapter 33 verse 11
11 And Jehovah spoke to Moses face to face, just as a man would speak to his fellow. When he returned to the camp, his minister Joshua, the son of Nun, as attendant, would not withdraw from the midst of the tent.
First Moses is God servant, then now is God fellow. Cause Moses do God will and qualified to be His fellow.
2 Chronicles chapter 20 verse 7
7 Did not you yourself, O God of ours, drive away the inhabitants of this land from before your people Israel and then give it to the seed of Abraham, your lover, to time indefinite?

In the Business World. When your service is bad.
96% customer won't complaint & go to other supplier or restaurant and etc.
Only 4 % will complaint. You should not find is a headache and problem case. You must thanks God. At least they let you know and from there you know what to do and can move on to a better level. If it got to turn out to be 100% nobody complaint, and all 100% go to other place, then you will have no business at all.
We don't sell Jesus to other people, but we serve Jesus to other people and meet their needs.
Don't witness only, but witness yourself. For the best sermon is your lifestyle.

Philippians chapter 2 verse 25 - chapter 3 verse 21
25 However, I consider it necessary to send to YOU E·paph·ro·di´tus, my brother and fellow worker and fellow soldier, but YOUR envoy and private servant for my need,
26 since he is longing to see all of YOU and is depressed because YOU heard he had fallen sick.
27 Yes, indeed, he fell sick nearly to the point of death; but God had mercy on him, in fact, not only on him, but also on me, that I should not get grief upon grief.
28 Therefore with the greater haste I am sending him, that on seeing him YOU may rejoice again and I may be the more free from grief.
29 Therefore give him the customary welcome in [the] Lord with all joy; and keep holding men of that sort dear,
30 because on account of the Lord’s work he came quite near to death, exposing his soul to danger, that he might fully make up for YOUR not being here to render private service to me. . .

1 Finally, my brothers, continue rejoicing in [the] Lord. To be writing the same things to YOU is not troublesome for me, but it is of safety to YOU.
2 Look out for the dogs, look out for the workers of injury, look out for those who mutilate the flesh.
3 For we are those with the real circumcision, who are rendering sacred service by God’s spirit and have our boasting in Christ Jesus and do not have our confidence in the flesh,
4 though I, if anyone, do have grounds for confidence also in the flesh.
If any other man thinks he has grounds for confidence in the flesh, I the more so:
5 circumcised the eighth day, out of the family stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew [born] from Hebrews; as respects law, a Pharisee;
6 as respects zeal, persecuting the congregation; as respects righteousness that is by means of law, one who proved himself blameless.

10 so as to know him and the power of his resurrection and a sharing in his sufferings, submitting myself to a death like his,
11 [to see] if I may by any means attain to the earlier resurrection from the dead.
12 Not that I have already received it or am already made perfect, but I am pursuing to see if I may also lay hold on that for which I have also been laid hold on by Christ Jesus.
13 Brothers, I do not yet consider myself as having laid hold on [it]; but there is one thing about it: Forgetting the things behind and stretching forward to the things ahead,
14 I am pursuing down toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God by means of Christ Jesus.
15 Let us, then, as many of us as are mature, be of this mental attitude; and if YOU are mentally inclined otherwise in any respect, God will reveal the above [attitude] to YOU.
16 At any rate, to what extent we have made progress, let us go on walking orderly in this same routine.
17 Unitedly become imitators of me, brothers, and keep YOUR eye on those who are walking in a way that accords with the example YOU have in us.
18 For there are many, I used to mention them often but now I mention them also with weeping, who are walking as the enemies of the torture stake of the Christ,
19 and their finish is destruction, and their god is their belly, and their glory consists in their shame, and they have their minds upon things on the earth.
20 As for us, our citizenship exists in the heavens, from which place also we are eagerly waiting for a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
21 who will refashion our humiliated body to be conformed to his glorious body according to the operation of the power that he has, even to subject all things to himself.
As you read. Paul Says: E·paph·ro·di´tus have the same DNA of Jesus. They are fellow soldier and die for Jesus cost, faithful man, minister and serve wholly. That mean Paul and E·paph·ro·di´tus are like good buddy, hokkien called :"Wa Tiap".

Colossians chapter 1 verse 15

This refer to Jesus.

I don't know how to call that thing, there is something like a mirco scope that we can scan and see inside our body, you can see your body inside got one kind of protein name call Laminin. That is a vital one that support all your body tissues and body part. And it protein shapes look like a small cross all over your body. And that remind us the Cross that Jesus Christ died for us.
HOPE, FAITH, LOVE and SERVANTHOOD.
This 4 words represent Jesus DNA. Human DNA are been form 4 by chemical, but Jesus one is these 4 chemical. We should have JESUS DNA.
